Peanut brittle is ok but if you ever get this chocolate covered you'll be hooked! The brittle is not too hard & it has just the right amount of chocolate covering to make it delicious- I buy it for gifts & always buy an extra jar for myself! My local farmer's market even has a vendor that carries Bertie County products so you know they're good!

I purchased the chocolate covered peanut brittle as a gift for friends. They received several food kind of gifts over the holidays, but they commented that the crunchy, chocolaty, peanut-y brittle bites were the best. Now, why didn't I get some for myself? Thank you Bertie County Peanut people!

Recent shipment from North Carolina to California arrived factory fresh and so wonderful to have here. Many peanut brittles are a dentist's best friend. But Bertie County is perfection. Plain or chocolate covered these already sized random pieces will satisfy any craving large and small. Grateful for such pride in candy craftsmanship from the other side of North America!

This peanut brittle is excellent, because it strikes the right balance. Most peanut brittle is too hard. Some allow the peanuts to become soft. But this stuff is not too hard, and the peanuts have a great taste and texture.

Finally ordered Bertie County Peanuts' peanut brittle. I am always afraid it is going to be too hard. Theirs is not, it is just right. The only thing I might change is adding a few more peanuts, after all they are a peanut company.
