Ingredients:

  • 11 ounce Cream Cheese
  • 3 tablespoon Chopped Raisins
  • 3 tablespoon Sour Cream
  • 3 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 3/4 cup Chopped Roasted Peanuts
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1/2 cup Chutney
  • 1/2 cup Grated Coconut
  • 4 tablespoon Crumbled Bacon

Directions:

Mix all ingredients by hand. Form into ball. Refrigerate. Roll in coconut. Serve with bland crackers. Makes about 3 dozen servings.
