Peanut Butter Crunch
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) jar crunchy peanut butter
- 6 cup rice cereal
Heat syrup and sugar over medium heat until sugar is dissolved or stir syrup and sugar together in a 2 quart microwave safe container and cook 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on high or until sugar is dissolved. Stir in peanut butter until well blended. Mix in cereal. Pour into an 8x12 inch buttered pan. When cooled cut into squares. Yields 2 dozen.
