• 2 cup chicken or turkey (or 2 5-1/4 ounce cans bones chicken or turkey)
  • 1 cup finely diced celery
  • 2 tablespoon grated onion
  • 2 tablespoon chopped pimento
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise


Cold Salad - Toss all ingradients together to mix well. Serve as a sandwich, stuffed in a tomato half or on lettuce. Dip - Add 1/4 cup more mayonnaise to make 1/2 cup, to create a delightful dip for chips, vegetables or crackers. A'La King - Heat ingredients just to boiling, serve on toast points, in preheated tart shells or over Chinese noodles.
