• 4 ounce sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4-1/2 ounce) can deviled ham
  • 1/2 cup pitted chopped ripe olives
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts


Allow cheeses to come to room temperature. In a small bowl, with a hand mixer, beat until well blended. Stir in deviled ham and olives, mixing well. Form into two 8-inch long logs. Roll in peanuts. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill. Serve with crackers. Makes 3 cups.
