Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions:

Garnish: 2 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts Combine ingredients and pour into unbaked pie crust; bake at 350 degree F for 30 minutes. After baking for 15 minutes, you may sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of chopped roasted peanuts and finish baking. Makes 6 servings.
