Flourless (soft) Peanut Butter Cookies


Ingredients:
  • 1  cup  granulated sugar
  • 1  (12 ounce) jar creamy peanut butter
  • 1  egg, slightly beaten
  • 1  teaspoon  vanilla extract
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Drop by the teaspoonful onto baking sheet and press with fork. Bake at 325 F. for approximately 10 minutes. Cool before removing from baking sheet. Makes 2 to 3 dozen.
