Ingredients:

  • 4 rib pork chops, cut 1-1/2 inch thick with pocket for stuffing
  •  salt
  •  pepper
  •  paprika

Directions:

Lightly stuff chops with peanut dressing and fasten with wooden picks. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake in a lightly greased ovenproof casserole at 350 F. for 1-1/2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
