Ingredients:

chopped pimento

lemon juice

chopped roasted peanuts

black pepper
- 1/4

mayonnaise

Directions:

Cold Salad - Toss all ingradients together to mix well. Serve as a sandwich, stuffed in a tomato half or on lettuce.
Dip - Add 1/4 cup more mayonnaise to make 1/2 cup, to create a delightful dip for chips, vegetables or crackers.
A'La King - Heat ingredients just to boiling, serve on toast points, in preheated tart shells or over Chinese noodles.
