| Cut a ripe banana crosswise through the center. Split half of it down its length, slicing only part way through. Spread the slit slightly and fill with coarsely chopped peanuts. Serve on a lettuce leaf with mayonnaise or Surprise dressing. Surprise dressing: 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1/4 cup honey 1/2 cup mayonnaise Blend ingredients. Delicious over fruit or as a rich surprise flavor in cabbage or apple salads. Makes 1 cup. | |
