Cabbage-Apple Salad


Ingredients:
  • 2  cup  shredded cabbage
  • 1  cup  diced apple (with peel)
  • 1/2  cup  chopped salted peanuts
  •   surprise dressing
Directions:
Toss ingredients. Makes 4 servings. Surprise dressing: 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1/4 cup honey 1/2 cup mayonnaise Blend ingredients. Delicious over fruit or as a rich surprise flavor in cabbage and apple salads. Makes 1 cup.
