small can drained mandarin oranges

dry roasted peanuts

each salt and pepper (if desired)

leaves of lettuce or watercress

Directions:

In a bowl, mix yogurt and honey. Fold in vegetables, nuts, and fruits. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve on a bed of lettuce or watercress. Chill if desired. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
