Apricot- Peanut Spread


Ingredients:
  • 1  cup  creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4  cup  honey
  • 1/4  cup  wheat germ
  • 1/4  cup  apricot preserves
  • 1/2  cup  chopped peanuts
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Use for making sandwiches or as a topping for crackers, raw vegetables, apples, etc. Makes spread for 6 to 8 sandwiches.
