sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)

(8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1
(4-1/2 ounce) can deviled ham
- 1/2
cup
pitted chopped ripe olives
- 1/2
cup
finely chopped peanuts

Directions:

Allow cheeses to come to room temperature. In a small bowl, with a hand mixer, beat until well blended. Stir in deviled ham and olives, mixing well. Form into two 8-inch long logs. Roll in peanuts. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill. Serve with crackers. Makes 3 cups.
