Sausage nuggets


Ingredients:
  • 1  lb  sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1  lb  ground pork sausage
  • 3  cup  biscuit mix
  • 1  cup  chopped roasted peanuts
Directions:
Combine ingredients and roll into one-inch balls. Bake on cookie sheet for about 30 minutes at 350 F. Serve warm. Makes approximately 100.
